4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

score8 accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved).

• The withdrawal must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your score8 account details.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or if we detect unusual account activity. Withdrawals may be declined if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Our standard Welcome Bonus offers a 100% match on your first deposit up to Rp 2,000,000 with the following terms:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: Rp 100,000
• Wagering requirement: 8x (deposit + bonus) on sports betting with minimum odds of 1.75, OR 25x (deposit + bonus) on casino/slot games

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on score8 are subject to the following rules:

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or amended except in cases of obvious system error or as permitted by our Cash Out feature.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.2 User Responsibility

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your score8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any remaining account balance (excluding unredeemed bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
• All pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes.
• You will no longer receive promotional communications from score8 (unless legally required).
• Account closure may be subject to a cooling-off period before becoming permanent.

8.2 Self-Exclusion
